This is the dirtiest, most poorly maintained gym I have ever belonged to. I LITERALLY drive past this location to work out at their S Goldenrod location. No hot water for two weeks now? How do the employees wash their hands? Disgusting. Avoid this gym. Period.

It is time to take accountability. For 3 months your sound system has been broken. I have had to bring my own heavy speaker in order to continue having our zumba class. The managers, instead of saying thank you, get defensive when confronted about it. All they care about is people paying their fees or checking into their system. Update: Their radio has been fixed and front desk has a better attitude

I’ve been coming to this gym for about three years since I moved down from New Jersey and management has always been rude and shady but lately, I’ve been coming in at night and these two gentlemen Kevin and Jasiah always make me feel comfortable and welcomed in the club. I guess that’s why a lot of people have been leaving and going to different gyms because of the rude staff and the filth, dirty sloppy conditions this Club has to offer.

Really good gym. I don’t use equipment so I lean towards the basketball court and the hooping experience. This gym is well kept and clean. The nets are not loose. You can tell this cleaning staff is on top of hygiene and sanitation, beyond many other Esportas in the Orlando area. Shoutouts to jasiah and the other gentleman who worked the night shift (I forgot to get his name) who helped accommodate my visit. They were very professional and were ready to lend a hand at a moments notice.

Ive been coming here daily for the last 2 years. Good gym equipment, plenty of space even during 5-6PM rush. Equipment is older but gets the job done. Staff has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful.

So I've been a member with LA fitness and Esporta for a while now. At one point, I actually was available to help be a witness to a fight that broke out at this location. That all being said, reception can definitely use some work on their bedside manner and courtesy. When someone brings a question that is a completely out of their realm to the attention of the front desk, there should be a little bit more patient with the gas and not treat somebody as if they are problem for having a question. I can understand we're in the end of the holiday season and with a gym, there's going to be an influx of weekend warriors that come in. However, that should never stop somebody from being courteous and efficient with their job. Not pushing somebody out the door because they want to see a result to a question that was posed an hour and a half prior.

I went to the gym to cancel my membership. The manager on duty Julie assisted me with the absolute worst condescending attitude ever. One of the first questions she asked me is “do you not know how to work out?” Not in a genuine tone either it was condescending and disrespectful. The real reason I wanted to cancel is because this gym is filthy, the machines are super outdated or broken, and there’s roaches. But the staff there made me want to cancel more. You need more compassionate people working the front desks. Not a nasty brat who can’t talk to people in a nice manner or have good customer service skills. Do better.

Good location bad staff. Why was there no front desk staff in the building between 930 and 1000pm? Hard to workout with sketchy people outside and no staff
